Watch the Asus Zenfone 7 series launch live on 26 August

The next generation of Zenfone devices is launching on 26 August and thanks to a live stream video you'll be able to watch the action as it happens. 

The Asus Zenfone 7 series has been expected for some time, ever since Qualcomm announced that its latest processors would be powering it, way back in February 2020.

We're expecting to see a regular and a Pro version of the Zenfone 7, and it has been confirmed that the Snapdragon 865 will be powering it, with the latest rumours pointing to 865+ in the Pro model.

Thanks to hands-on images we've seen that the flip-up camera is going to be staying with a 64-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and 8-megapixel telephoto camera.

There's reported to be a 6.4-megapixel display with full HD+ resolution and thanks to that flip-up camera, it will be free from notches or holes.

Rumours suggest we'll see a big 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging. 

Thankfully we don't have long to wait until Asus spills the beans and lets us in on its next (hopefully affordable) flagship smartphone.
