What to expect at the Oppo Find X2 launch
We're expecting a little more to launch than the Find X2 - rumours continue that Oppo will use the event to debut its upcoming square smartwatch. We have previously been treated to an official render of the device which takes some cues from the Apple Watch but features a flexible screen and curved design.
We believe it may have ECG functionality from the get-go as well as two buttons on the side. And we're expecting Oppo to use its own custom software rather than opting for Google's Wear OS.
The Find X2 itself may be the first phone using Oppo's previously-trailed under-screen selfie camera. The phone will also use Qualcomm's brand new Snapdragon 865 platform so could potentially be a 5G handset or have a 5G variant.
The phone is reported to have top-notch screen tech, too, with a 120Hz 3K display confirmed. And it'll have the 48 megapixel Sony IMX689 image sensor that we've seen elsewhere alongside ultra-wide and zoom lenses.
