Free Twitch Prime games for December 2019: Free PC games for subscribers
The Amazon-owned Twitch has been running a paid membership tier for a while now, but if you haven't been tempted to join before your head might be turned by the fact there are free games every month.
Like PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold, Twitch Prime gives away free games to download and keep each month. Twitch Prime membership is included with an Amazon Prime or Prime Video subscription. If you have either, you need to link your Amazon and Twitch accounts to get the free games.
This means that access to Twitch Prime costs just £7.99 a month or $12.99 in the US. That subscription not only gets you ad-free viewing across Twitch channels, exclusive emoticons, chat options and a chat badge but these free games as well.
The company has recently announced the list of games that Twitch Prime members can download this month. We've got the info.

Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter
Another classic Sherlock Holmes adventure. Hover
Hover is a "Futuristic action parkour" game with some seriously in-your-face cyberpunk styled visuals, fast-paced gameplay and even cross-platform multiplayer. There are 10 playable characters to dash about the world with as well as plenty of tricks, combos and special moves to pull off. So plenty of fun to be had here and no risk of broken bones either.
When Ski Lifts Go Wrong
When Ski Lifts Go Wrong is, as you might have gathered from the name, a hilarious physics and construction simulation. Playing this one you'll be sending helpless skiers, snowboarders and snowmobiles across dangerous courses, quite often to their unfortunate demise.
Hue
Hue is an award-winning indie puzzle-platformer. This game throws you into a world where you can progress through obstacles and puzzles by simply changing the background colour of the world around you. When obstacles match the colour of the background they disappear. Certainly an intriguing take on the classic puzzle platformer.
Toejam and Earl: Back in the Groove
Classically retro fun with the awesome team that are ToeJam & Earl. This is "a funky fresh rogue-like adventure infused with old skool hip-hop and jam-packed with awesome throwbacks to the 1991 classic." Four-player co-op awaits in a game that promises the "the very best features of the classic console games" with a whole host of modern improvements too.
Sea of Thieves loot
Alongside the games, you'll also be getting other in-game loot this month that includes exclusive content for the fantastic Sea of Thieves in the form of exclusive ship livery, a purple monkey and three emotes
