Rugby World Cup 2019 quarter finals: How to watch England vs Australia
The Rugby World Cup 2019 kicked off on Friday 20 September with hosts Japan beating Russia to get the home side off to a flying start. We're now at the quarter final stages, with eight teams remaining.
But when are these games and how can you watch them?
Read on to find out.
England vs Australia
England will face Australia at 08:15 in Oita Stadium on Saturday 19 October. Ranked third in the world, England face sixth-ranked Australia, with Jerome Garces as referee. It has all the makings of a classic.
New Zealand vs Ireland
New Zealand will take on Ireland at 11:15 at Tokyo Stadium on Saturday 19 October. The world's top ranked team and for many the tournament favourites New Zealand will face fourth-ranked Ireland, who haven't had the smoothest campaign in this world cup. The referee will be Nigel Owens.
Wales vs France
Wales will face France at 08:15 at Oita Stadium on Sunday 20 October. Warren Gatland's Wales, ranked number two in the world will take on France, ranked eighth. The match will be overseen by Jaco Peyper and we suspect Wales will have a fairly easy run to the semis.
Japan vs South Africa
Hosts Japan will face South Africa at 11:15 in Toyko Stadium on Sunday 20 October. Certain to be the most enthusiastically supported game of the quarter finals, will seventh-ranked Japan defy the odds to topple fifth-ranked South Africa? It's going to be a must-watch match. It will be refereed by Wayne Barnes.
Japan hosts - remember the time difference
The big thing to remember for the 2019 Rugby World Cup is that games are being played in the afternoon or evening in Japan, meaning that if you are in the UK, they will be played in the morning.
The first game kicked off at 19:45 in Japan, which was 11:45 in the UK. When Ireland faced Scotland on Sunday 22 September it was at 08:45 BST, so it's rugby for breakfast.
Where can I watch the Rugby World Cup?
ITV has exclusive coverage for the UK and games will be shown on ITV and some on ITV4. That means the games are free to watch for anyone in the UK.
You'll also be able to livestream the games via the ITV Hub. You'll have to sign-up for an account and verify your email address - after that you can stream through a browser or via the app on your smartphone or tablet.
There will also be coverage on BBC Radio 5 Live and Radio 5 Live Sports Extra - as well as text coverage through the BBC Sport website and app. If you want to listen the BBC radio coverage online via BBC Sounds, you'll again need to have an account, but again it is free.
Will the Rugby World Cup be in 4K HDR?
Not in the UK. ITV will be showing it in HD, but that's as far as it goes. If you want 4K coverage, you'll have to watch Foxtel in Australia.
